Benefits begin the month following the hire date.\nSalary:\nThe hourly wage for this position is $19.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.\nSummary:\nThe Picker/Packer plays a critical role in our operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for both domestic and international shipping. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment while strictly adhering to 6S and safety protocols. Maintaining our high standards of operation is dependent on the careful attention to detail and commitment to safety exhibited by the Picker/Packer.\nEssential Functions:\nAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.\nAccurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on information provided on RF Scanner.\nPack products securely and efficiently to ensure safe transport.\nPrepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation for domestic and international shipping.\nAssist with inventory counts and ensure products are stored correctly.\nCheck picked items for accuracy and inspect for any damage.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following the principles of 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety). \n Education:\nA high school diploma (or GED) is required.\nExperience:\n1 year of pick and packing experience.\nExperience with ERP/WMS systems, including using RF scanning tools.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.\nFunctional Success Drivers:\nSafety & Security\nDetail Oriented\nTeam Player\nCustomer Focus\nEnergy\nListening\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nThe Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.\nReasonable Accommodation Statement\nTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
