Size\nNA\nTravel\n10%\nRevision Date\nPosition Summary:\nManage assigned projects independently and contribute to the Project Management function through stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, MIS reporting, providing clear visibility of project status, risks, and key actions to support timely decision-making\nKey Roles & Responsibilities:\n§ Manage assigned projects from project kick-off to handover to client while ensuring adherence to committed timelines.\n§ Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned projects and ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.\n§ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site teams to drive timely project execution.\n§ Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and coordinate closure of critical actions\n§ Monitor project execution activities and escalate risks impacting project timelines\n§ Prepare and circulate periodic project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders highlighting progress, risks, critical issues, and key milestones.\n§ Prepare and maintain MIS reports and project dashboards to provide management with accurate and timely insights on project performance.\n§ Consolidate project data across multiple projects and support the preparation of monthly project review reports for leadership and management reviews.\n§ Maintain project documentation, including action trackers, RAID logs, issue logs, change logs, and meeting minutes.\n§ Contribute to the development of project management processes and reporting systems to improve project monitoring and management decision-making.\nCandidate Profile:\n§ Hands-on experience in Project Management, PMO or Project Controls function\n§ Exposure to industrial automation, packaging automation, intralogistics, ASRS, material handling, or EPC projects preferred.\nQualification & Certification (if applicable)\n§ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics\nExperience\n§ 2-5 years of experience\nComputer Skill\n§ MS Project, Excel, Word & Power Point\nCommunication & Language Proficiency\n§ Good English proficiency\nCore Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role\n§ Basic project planning and coordination skills\n§ Effective communication and Stakeholder coordination\n§ Proficiency
