strong performance while planning and coordinating training on product quality and quality systems.\n\nPromote quality awareness and a proactive mindset across the organization while applying structured problem-solving tools\n\n(5Why, 8D, Fishbone, etc.) to reduce defects and improve processes.\n\nManage QA resources and budget, ensure safety and good housekeeping in QA operations, and actively participate in\n\ncross-functional meetings and plant-wide initiatives.\n\nUndertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior to support effective organizational objective\n\nRequirements\nExperience\nBachelor’s degree in a related field\n\nExperience in 7-10 years of QA/QC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\n\nExperience in root cause analysis (5Why, 8D, Fishbone)\n\nCommunication & Language Proficiency\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nAbility to communicate articulately and efficiently with others\n\nCore Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and related quality standards.\n\nInternal Auditor certification preferred.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and leadership skills.\n\nKnowledge of supplier quality and customer
