Skills\nTechnical Experience: 5 years in Hospital Central Supply/Materials Management\nSupervisory Experience: 2 years\nRole Specific Responsibilities\nCoordinates the consolidation and standardization of Supply Chain Management services across the system including development of SOPs, policies, and education.\nResponsible for monitoring and providing adequate inventory levels (Par Level Management)\nManages the operations of multiple departments, inpatient and outpatient facilities for supplies and equipment provided by Central Supply.\nEnsures supervisors and staff provide the highest quality of care in supply management and that all supply areas meet The Joint Commission, federal, state, and local recommended practices.\nDesigns and evaluates processes to improve supply distribution to ensure positive patient care results.\nDetermines the appropriate staff mix for departments and develops processes to screen, interview, hire, train and maintains the competency of all department staff.\nCollaborates with Supply Chain Service Line Director in developing the level of patient services and day to day operations of the departments.\nResponsible for EOC (Environment of Care) and Emergency Preparedness committees at each facility ensuring the appropriate staff are educated on any processes that need facilitated.\nCompensation (Commensurate with
