You will manage guest arrivals, reservations and seating while ensuring a seamless flow of service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.\nYou will play a key role in setting the tone of the guest experience through your professionalism, confidence, personality and genuine hospitality.\nThe role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.\nSeasonal 6-month contract: Visa + flights + basic salary + accommodation + transport all provided by the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.\nCreate a positive and engaging first impression that reflects the restaurant's standards.\nManage guest arrivals, reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.\nOperate the restaurant reservation system and POS where required.\nEscort guests to their tables and present menus in a confident and welcoming manner.\nCoordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team to ensure smooth table allocation.\nManage guest waiting lists and communicate estimated waiting times clearly.\nMonitor table availability and coordinate table turnover with the service team.\nRespond to guest enquiries regarding reservations, seating and restaurant offerings.\nHandle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.\nMaintain regular communication with the Restaurant Manager, waitstaff and other FOH team members.\nAssist with VIP guest arrivals and special occasions, ensuring personalised service.\nSupport the team in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming entrance and host stand.\nContribute to a positive, engaging and memorable guest experience.\nMaintain impeccable grooming, professionalism and presentation at all times.\nEnsure compliance with restaurant service standards, health and safety requirements.\nRepresent the restaurant with confidence, warmth and genuine hospitality.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience as a Hostess in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or hospitality environment.\nExcellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.\nConfident, warm and engaging personality.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience with restaurant reservation systems and POS is preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple guest requests and high-volume arrivals calmly.\nProfessional grooming and presentation.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.\nA positive, energetic and team-oriented approach.\nPrevious experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants is advantageous.\nAbout The Group:\nSIHAMCO is a strategic partner operating proudly under the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), National Events Center (NEC), Riyadh Season and Jeddah Season since 2019.\nAt SIHAMCO, we don’t just lead Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and entertainment evolution-we create it from the ground up.
