Maintenance & Facilities Management\nOversee all general maintenance activities across buildings, restaurants, public areas, walkways, gardens, and operational facilities.\nEnsure all structures, fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.\nDevelop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.\nCoordinate reactive maintenance and ensure issues are resolved promptly.\nConduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential safety concerns.\n2. Team Management & Supervision\nManage and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team, including:\nLighting Operators\nGardeners and Landscaping Staff\nPlumbers\nPainters\nGeneral Maintenance Technicians\nAllocate daily tasks and responsibilities according to operational priorities.\nMonitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and quality of work.\nEnsure all team members follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.\nCoordinate external contractors and specialist service providers when required.\n3. Lighting & Technical Operations\nOversee the maintenance and functionality of decorative lighting, landscape lighting, façade lighting, and general venue lighting.\nEnsure all lighting installations are operational and visually consistent.\nCoordinate with lighting operators to resolve technical issues.\nEnsure electrical maintenance is carried out by appropriately qualified technicians.\n4. Landscaping & Outdoor Maintenance\nSupervise gardeners responsible for maintaining gardens, trees, plants, lawns, and landscaped areas.\nEnsure outdoor spaces, pathways, and public areas remain clean and well presented.\nOversee irrigation systems and ensure proper maintenance.\nMaintain high presentation standards across all outdoor spaces.\n5. Plumbing, Painting & General Repairs\nOversee plumbing maintenance, including water supply, drainage, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.\nCoordinate painting, touch-ups, repairs, and general refurbishment requirements.\nEnsure maintenance issues are addressed efficiently.\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality throughout the premises.\n6. Health, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure all maintenance activities comply with applicable safety regulations and site procedures.\nConduct routine inspections and address potential hazards.\nEnsure maintenance equipment, tools, and materials are stored and used safely.\nMaintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.\nEnsure maintenance work is completed with minimal disruption to daily operations.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or a similar supervisory role in a hotel, theme park or event venue.\nPrevious experience managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team.\nExperience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, theme parks, or large commercial developments is highly preferred.\nGood technical knowledge of lighting systems, plumbing, landscaping, painting, and general building maintenance.\nExperience developing preventative maintenance plans and managing daily maintenance schedules.\nStrong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple maintenance requirements in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and contractor management skills.\nGood understanding of health and safety procedures.\nAbout The Company\nSIHAMCO is a strategic partner operating proudly under the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), National Events Center (NEC), Riyadh Season and Jeddah Season since 2019.\nAt SIHAMCO, we don’t just lead Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and entertainment evolution-we create it from the ground up.
