# Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, facilities, and technical operations across a large hospitality, F&B, and entertainment venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team, including lighting operators, gardeners, plumbers, painters, and general maintenance personnel. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and organisational skills to ensure that all facilities, outdoor areas, landscaping, lighting installations, and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard and remain fully operational. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintenance & Facilities Management Oversee all general maintenance activities across buildings, restaurants, public areas, walkways, gardens, and operational facilities. Ensure all structures, fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained to a high standard. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
