Flights, Visa's, Accommodation Transportation all provided for.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.\nLead, guide, and motivate waiters, captains, and hostesses.\nAllocate sections and assign duties to service staff.\nMonitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and overall performance.\nEnsure tables are properly set, maintained, cleared, and reset efficiently.\nOversee guest seating, order taking, food delivery, and table service.\nEnsure food and beverages are delivered accurately and promptly.\nHandle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.\nCoordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams.\nMonitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the restaurant floor.\nEnsure service standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.\nConduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team.\nMonitor table turnover and service efficiency during busy periods.\nSupport stock control and ensure service equipment is available and properly maintained.\nAssist management with daily reports and operational requirements.\nRequirements\n2+ years Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor in a fine-dinning restaurant, hotel, or high-volume F&B environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of restaurant service standards and floor operations.\n\nExperience supervising and managing front-of-house teams.\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\n\nStrong guest service and complaint-handling abilities.\n\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProfessional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nGood spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.\n\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak operating periods.\n\nAbout The Company\nSIHAMCO is a strategic partner operating proudly under the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), National Events Center (NEC), Riyadh Season and Jeddah Season since 2019.\nAt SIHAMCO, we don’t just lead Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and entertainment evolution-we create it from the ground up.
