We are looking for ambitious and top-quality professionals to join our project teams.\n\nJoin us as an experienced Citrix Engineer and take ownership of troubleshooting and stabilizing a business-critical Citrix environment. You will work hands-on with complex infrastructure issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and Citrix Support to ensure a stable and reliable production environment.\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Citrix environment, including Cloud Connector, License Server, PVS, and VDA.\n\nInvestigate session freezes, unregistered VDAs, connectivity issues, and other Citrix-related incidents.\n\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to improve environment stability.\n\nIdentify whether issues originate from Citrix or underlying infrastructure components, including network and DHCP.\n\nSupport testing activities and ensure production readiness of implemented solutions.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot dependencies between Citrix components and the broader infrastructure.\n\nCollaborate with internal infrastructure teams, external partners, and Citrix Support on critical incidents.\n\nDocument findings, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures to support ongoing environment stability.\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nStrong hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting complex Citrix environments.\n\nPractical experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA), Cloud Connector, and License Server.\n\nSolid experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.\n\nAdvanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, including experience with production incidents.\n\nGood understanding of networking and infrastructure dependencies, including DHCP and related services.\n\nAbility to quickly understand an existing environment and independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.\n\nExperience working with business-critical production environments.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external support
