Senior Integration Developer (f/m/x)
We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join a project focused on platform engineering and automation within a global, cross-functional technology environment. You will contribute to the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of integration platform operations, with a strong emphasis on automation and operational excellence. The role is hybrid and based in Warsaw, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Your tasks
Designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts to reduce manual operational effort
Identifying repetitive operational activities and driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency
Developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or platform-specific tools
Managing platform capacity and performance to ensure availability, scalability, and optimal resource utilization
Designing and implementing self-healing and auto-remediation solutions for common operational failures
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability and performance
Owning platform capacity management, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and capacity planning
Identifying recurring issues and driving continuous service improvement
Supporting major incidents and service restoration activities
Interfacing between internal and external providers within an international context
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management, focusing on platform operations
Deep expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway and Terraform
Strong command of GitHub and OpenShift
Practical knowledge of API security standards and implementation, including OAuth and OpenID
Foundational-level expertise in AWS and Azure
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Argo CD
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including technical information synthesis and multicultural environment facilitation
Advanced level of English
