We are looking for ambitious and top-quality professionals to join our project teams.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Networking & Linux Driver Engineer\n\nDesign, develop and optimize high-performance networking software, Linux kernel components and device drivers for next-generation DPU platforms powering hyperscale cloud, AI/ML and HPC infrastructure. The engineer will work close to the Linux networking stack, packet processing data paths and hardware acceleration technologies.\n\nMandatory Profile\n\n10+ years of professional experience in networking software development.\n\nStrong hands-on Linux kernel and device driver development experience.\n\nDeep understanding of Linux networking internals.\n\nProven experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP and high-performance packet processing systems.\n\nStrong C/C++ programming skills.\n\nTrack record of debugging and performance optimization in complex production environments.\n\nAbility to demonstrate direct implementation ownership and technical leadership.\n\nRequirements\n\nLinux kernel development.\n\nDevice driver development and debugging.\n\nLinux networking stack (netdev, packet processing, performance tuning).\n\nAdvanced C/C++ on Linux.\n\nNetwork protocols: Ethernet, IPv4/IPv6, TCP, UDP.\n\nGit and modern software development practices.\n\nStrong system-level debugging skills.\n\nTax residence in Ukraine required\n\nYour responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain networking software and Linux drivers for DPU platforms.\n\nOptimize high-speed packet processing paths.\n\nCollaborate closely with hardware, firmware and architecture teams.\n\nInvestigate and resolve networking performance bottlenecks.\n\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews and system integration activities.\n\nContribute to software quality, automation and CI/CD processes.\n\nStrong Advantages\n\nLinux upstream contribution experience (kernel, netdev, drivers or networking subsystems).\n\nRDMA experience (RoCE, InfiniBand, verbs, queue pairs, completion model).\n\nDPDK development and optimization.\n\nExperience with NICs, SmartNICs, DPUs or networking accelerators.\n\nPCIe, DMA and low-level HW/SW integration.\n\nData center networking, cloud infrastructure or HPC background.\n\nPrevious experience in companies such as NVIDIA, Mellanox, Intel, Microsoft, Broadcom or Marvell.\n\nNot Suitable If\n\nExperience is primarily application-level software development.\n\nNo Linux kernel or driver ownership.\n\nLimited exposure to networking internals or packet processing.\n\nPrimarily architecture or coordination roles without recent hands-on
