Test Automation Engineer with Java (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure product quality within a cross-functional team, combining manual exploratory testing with automated testing to deliver valuable, reliable, and resilient features. You will work on digital platforms supporting fleet management across multiple countries. The role involves contributing to innovative solutions and maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and security across a complex ecosystem of interconnected platforms.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests using Java and Selenium

• Writing and executing BDD test scenarios in Gherkin

• Identifying, prioritizing, and analyzing defects

• Preparing clear and comprehensive test reports for stakeholders

• Improving and maintaining regression test scenarios

• Promoting a quality culture and a metrics-driven approach

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in test automation, with strong expertise in Java and the Cucumber ecosystem

• Good understanding of DevSecOps-oriented quality processes and CI/CD pipelines

• Proven experience in writing product-oriented test scenarios

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes

• Critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset, with a proactive and solution-focused approach

• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 2-3 days per week

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish

Nice-to-have requirements

• Agile or ISTQB certification

• Experience with Playwright
