You’ll work as part of our Data & AI community, alongside data scientists, data engineers, and data architects - but your focus will be on true AI engineering: making models work in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. \nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and implement end-to-end AI solutions, from prototyping to production deployment.\n\nBuild and optimizeLLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes and systems.\n\nCollaborate with data scientists to turn models into robust, scalable products.\n\nApply MLOps practices to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nWork with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open-source AI frameworks.\n\nStay curious about the fast-evolving AI landscape, and bring that insight into client projects.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe are looking for an experienced AI Engineer who has built real AI solutions - beyond using APIs or experimenting with models.\nWe hope you recognize yourself in most of these:\n2+ years of experience inAI/ML engineering or data science, with a solid understanding of key ML concepts such as classification, regression, NLP, and generative AI.\n\nExperience in building production-grade LLM and agentic applications, incl. evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.\n\nKnowledge of core LLM concepts e.g. tokenization, RAG, CoT, reasoning models, memory, fine-tuning, tool use, and self-correction.\n\nHands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments.\n\nAbility to design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring model reliability and performance in production.\n\nCuriosity and drive to stay ahead of developments in AI and apply them responsibly.\n\nExcellent communication and consulting skills - able to guide stakeholders, create understanding, and inspire confidence around AI capabilities.\n\nFluent in Finnish and English.\n\nRelevant technologies:\nLLMs and LLM middleware: GPT, Claude, open-source models, LiteLLM, vLLM\n\nAgent technologies: MCP, agent/workflow frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Magentic, Strands)\n\nPlatforms, e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Snowflake and Databricks\n\nCloud: Azure, AWS, GCP\n\nPython\n\nVector databases, e.g. Pinecone, pgvector\n\nAI powered development tools: ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex\n\nWhat we offer\nA technically strong and collaborative community: You’ll work alongside experienced data professionals who support each other, share insights, and aim for excellence in everything we do.
