Since 1998, Sika AG is present in Korea through its subsidiary Sika Korea Ltd. which employs more than 90 people and has branch offices in Ansung.\n This role covers whole of Korea which consist of 3 factories including R&D lab and 1 headquarter office.\nProvides expertise in all key EHS and Sustainability programs across Korea and proactively drive continuous improvement.\nEnsure company is compliance with national and local environmental, health and safety regulations.\nCollaborates with factory operations and local leadership team to lead and drive improvements in organizational EHS program/system, culture, awareness, and accountability.\nConduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.\nProvide leadership, support, and training to build technical, management and leadership skills of the Korean EHS Team.\nPartners with Sika’s group/region EHS team to support achievement of Sika's EHS strategy.\nSupport and develop safety and health related activities and programs.\nFull responsible with the Korean SAPA (SERIOUS ACCIDENTS PUNISHMENT ACT)\nCoordinate/Harmonize between Sika’s EHS policy and Korean SAPA\n You are a professional who brings up experience in safety and health regulations in health and safety management in a multination company, 7 to 10 years of experience are required.\nIndustrial Safety Engineer Certificate (산업안전기사)\nYou graduated from a reputable university with a bachelor at minimum.\n(Chemical background would be preferred)\nYou have excellent English skills and a business conversation.\nYou have good computer skills.
