Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025.\nReporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing leadership and direction across all facets of Human Resources. This role is responsible for the effective administration of HR policies, programs, and best practices in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, HRIS systems, and workplace safety.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nImplement and communicate HR policies and programs; advise employees and managers on HR matters, performance, and employee relations.\n\nMaintain and update HRIS systems; ensure accuracy of employee records and data.\n\nOversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pipeline.\n\nLead compensation, performance management, and employee development programs.\n\nManage Workers' Compensation claims and collaborate with carriers and leadership on case management.\n\nCoordinate employee separations and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.\n\nDrive culture initiatives including internal communications, recognition, and engagement efforts.\n\nStay current on employment laws and HR trends; contribute to special projects and continuous improvement.\n\n BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field.\n\n3+ years of HR management experience, in manufacturing or distribution\n\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws (COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).\n\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and planning skills.\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently.\n\nHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.\n\nProficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus.\n\nUnion and non-union experience preferred.\n\nBilingual in Spanish is a plus\n\nUp to 20% travel required\n\n 401k with Generous Company Match \nBonuses\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits\nPaid Parental Leave\nLife Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPaid time off, paid holidays\nFloating holidays + Paid Volunteer Time\nWellness/Fitness Reimbursements\nEducation Assistance\nProfessional Development Opportunities\nEmployee Referral Program & More!\nSika fosters a culture of entrepreneurship, empowering each individual to make decisions, learn from experiences, and shape their own career path.
