The role focuses on designing and delivering digital solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem while ensuring reliable technical support across multiple company sites.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Business Applications & Digital Solutions\nDevelop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform.\nTranslate business needs into scalable, efficient digital solutions.\nIntroduce AI-driven and automated improvements to optimize processes.\nBuild mobile-friendly apps and integrate them with ERP, databases, or APIs as required.\n2. Data & Reporting\nCreate and manage Power BI dashboards and reports.\nEnsure high data quality and collaborate with stakeholders on KPIs.\n3. IT Support\nProvide Level 1 & 2 support for end users.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.\nManage help desk tickets within SLA targets.\nSupport the Microsoft 365 environment.\n4. Onsite Support\nDeliver IT support across various company plants.\nEnsure consistent IT infrastructure performance.\nCoordinate with central IT teams and vendors when necessary.\n5. Systems Administration\nSupport account administration in Active Directory / Azure AD.\nAssist with system updates, deployments, and patching.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation.\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years in IT support and/or application development.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.\nCorporate or industrial support background is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Power Platform development.\nBasic understanding of SQL and databases.\nFamiliarity with mobile app design, API integrations, ticketing systems, and networking fundamentals.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective communication with both technical and non-technical users.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently.\nWillingness to travel between sites.\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, M365).\nExperience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.\nKnowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.\nBasic cybersecurity awareness.\nCore Competencies\nBusiness-focused mindset.\nStrong customer service orientation.\nCommitment to innovation and continuous improvement.\nAccountability and ownership.\nWork Conditions\nReports to the Head of IT.\nOnsite role with travel between plants.\nOccasional after-hours support may be required.\n We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
