adoption\nPower BI reporting and data visualisation\nMicrosoft 365 and Digital Workplace technologies\nAutomation and process improvement\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nProject Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent)\nChange Management certification (e.g. Prosci)\nExperience supporting digital
