Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF11.20 billion in sales in 2025.\n Broad Function and Purpose of Position:\nThe development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for all new and existing products in the Lyndhurst Operations. The continuous improvement of quality and productivity to fulfill our customer and market requirements. To achieve high quality standards at lowest cost, utilizing available resources (raw materials, equipment, and personnel). These improvements will be achieved through leadership, innovation, cross functional work, and cooperation with all levels of the organization.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nIntroduce new raw materials, products, and processes while improving production, quality, and packaging efficiency through process design changes.\nImplement capital budgeting strategies and recommend equipment improvements by providing specifications and controlling recommendations through to completion.\nDetermine and improve process capabilities using statistical techniques to meet or exceed customer needs and reduce production complexity.\nCreate, update, and implement plant procedures, electronic recipes, work instructions, and in-process tests; train employees as necessary.\nTroubleshoot problems and establish root cause analysis to develop corrective and preventive actions.\nLead or serve as key member of project and process teams to drive initiatives to successful completion.\n Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering with a minimum of three years’ experience in manufacturing, quality, and process optimization.\nStrong understanding of statistical process control, statistics, and customer integration.\nLeadership skills to drive projects and process teams to successful fruition.\nStrong customer base and quality focus. Data driven.\nEffective communication skills. Capable of interfacing with cross-functional departments toward a common goal.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nStrong hands-on commitment. Passionate attitude with an innovative mind frame.\nPractical knowledge and experience with creating SOPs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams.
