Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025.\n Sika is currently looking for a qualified Production Manager for it's new Roofing Facility in Sealy, TX.\nThe Production Manager is responsible for the oversight and safe operation of the production facility, meeting production schedules and profitability of the operating unit.\nThe successful candidate must be able to develop and implement processes and procedures and be expected to address and resolve challenges directly on the production floor.
