Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025.\nSika is looking for an experienced Production Worker to join its growing team in Brighton, CO.\nThis position has the knowledge and demonstrates ability to operate state of the art mixers, pumping equipment, hi-speed mixers, and tinting equipment in the production area. Follow process orders from beginning to end and record all pertinent information. Individual will add materials at specified quantities and times, observe temperatures and or mixtures and chemical reactions, record necessary batch information, and take, conduct and record samples at designated times to ensure timely, consistent, quality batches. Mixer will operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Participate in confined space entry pot cleaning activities, which include use of body harness and extraction system. Mixing position will participate in determining and implementing corrective actions. This position may also be assigned tasks in other functional areas as required to help support overall success of the facility.\nWork Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm MST (1), 2:00pm-10:30pm MST (1) and 10:00pm-6:30am MST (1)\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOperate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position. \nClean and prepare workstation and machines. \nAssemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements, soldering experience is an asset. \nPerform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems. \nIdentify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. \nCheck final assembly for finish, labelling, and packaging methods. \nProduction reporting. \nComplete other tasks as required and/or directed. \nMaintain compliance with established policies and procedures and related labor laws. \nWill lift 65 pounds throughout the shift.
