With more than 34,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.76 billion in 2024.\n PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Industrial Manufacturing segment while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.\nDevelop and execute sales plans and account strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and deliver sustainable business growth.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, project owners, consultants, contractors,applicator and key decision-makers to drive long-term business partnerships.\nPromote Sika’s products, systems, and solutions through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.\nUnderstand customer requirements and provide value-added technical and commercial solutions, including effective pre-sales and after-sales support.\nNegotiate quotations, commercial terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.\nMonitor sales performance, project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support business development strategies.\nMaintain accurate customer and project records, and provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and business updates to management\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferably Civil, Chemical, Materials Engineering any other related fields.\nExperience\n5-8 years’ working experience in Sales of construction chemicals, building materials or equipment\nExperienced in selling to industrial projects is an advantage\nProven track record of achieving/exceeding sales target and driving sales growth\nHave the ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and closing business deals with customers\nMust be proactive, high attention to details, and have flexible approach to managing task\nAble to communicate in both Thai and English languages\nCompetencies & Skills\nGood English and Thai\nProficient in Microsoft Office tools\nMust have excellent interpersonal and\nNegotiating skills,\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nExcellent analytic thinking\nOwnership in assigned task\nPlanning and Organizing\nTime management skills\nQuantitative and numeric skills.\nExcellent in problem-solving\nNetwork within industry and past participation in local and/or national industry associations\nTravel as required.\n The additional headcount is required to support the expansion of business opportunities across specialized industrial segments, including Food & Beverage, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Automotive, Heavy Manufacturing Plants, and Data Centers.
