Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for bus, truck and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment and building components.\nSika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 340 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse.\n To carry out QC testing by ensuring the quality of product released to customers is complying with QC Specification. Ensure continuity to support production shift of 24 hours.\n1. Quality Control Testing\nPerform routine QC testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products\nTesting of products to specification within production priorities and deadlines\nPerform adjustment of batches to within specification following instructions from superior\nNotify abnormal/out of specification test results to direct superior\nAssistance to production upon request\nSupport / Manage retain samples as per instructions from superior\nUse laboratory instruments in compliance with ASTM/ISO/EN standards.\n2. Documentation & Reporting\nRecord and maintain accurate test results and quality records.\nReport any non-conformance to superior\n3. Compliance to Sika Standards\nEnsure adherence to Sika quality systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.\n4. Troubleshooting & Support\nAssist production/QC teams in resolving quality issues during manufacturing.\n5. Lab Maintenance\nMaintain cleanliness and calibration of laboratory equipment.\nManage stock levels of reagents, lab supplies, and chemicals.\nSupport calibration of equipment if required. \nMaintain good housekeeping in the laboratory and QC office area\n6. Others\nAny other tasks assigned by superior from time to time\n Minimum SPM level plus relevant laboratory experience.\nExperience in Laboratory at least 1 year, experience in same industry will be an advantage.
