Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025.\n Sika is looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join its growing team in Sealy, TX for the roofing business.\nThe primary function of this position is to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Control Laboratory and Quality Assurance activities at the Sealy Roofing manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished PVC roofing membranes meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry specifications.\nAs a key member of the plant leadership team, the Quality Supervisor will drive quality excellence through process control, problem solving, continuous improvement initiatives, auditing, and employee development.\nSupervise and develop Quality Technicians across multiple shifts.\nCoordinate laboratory and inspection resources to support production schedules and customer commitments.\nMonitor production processes to ensure consistent manufacturing of PVC roofing membranes.\nPartner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns.\nLead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, and CAPA processes.\nManage customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.\nMaintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company quality procedures.\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.\nAn equivalent combination of education and manufacturing quality experience will be considered.\nFive or more years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.\nTwo or more years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nExperience with PVC, polymer, extrusion, coating, calendering, roofing, building products, or related manufacturing processes preferred.\nWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.\n 401k with Generous Company Match \nBonuses\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits\nPaid Parental Leave\nLife Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPaid time off, Paid holidays\nFloating holidays + Paid Volunteer Time\nWellness/Fitness Reimbursements\nEducation Assistance\nProfessional Development Opportunities\nEmployee Referral Program & More!\nSika fosters a culture of entrepreneurship, empowering each individual to make decisions, learn from experiences, and shape their own career path.
