The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.\nImplement Salesforce solutions for custom applications, process automation, workflows, reports, and dashboards.\nIntegrate Salesforce with other third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration tools.\nProvide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements of existing Salesforce solutions.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and integrations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations.\nStay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements.\n Education and experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.\nExperience with Salesforce integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware solutions.\nKnowledge of Salesforce security and performance optimization best practices.\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\nExperience with Agile development methodologies.\nKnowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud.\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado.\nCertifications:\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)\nSalesforce Certified App Builder (preferred)\nMulesoft Certified Developer Level 1 (preferred)\nSoft skills:\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nStructured, organized, and effective approach to managing workload.\nStrong ability to convey technical concepts in a business-friendly manner to non-technical stakeholders.\nProactive to learn about innovative technologies and emerging trends.\n We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
