With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of 11.2 billion Swiss francs in 2023.\n Primary Function of Position\nThis role executes and maintains advanced QA systems, leads complex investigations and validations, and provides technical expertise for compliance with internal, regulatory, and industry standards. The position requires deep expertise in automotive quality methodologies and standards to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nEssential Job Duties\nManage quality assurance projects, validations, and process audits with emphasis on automotive industry standards and IATF 16949 compliance.\nLead technical investigations and CAPA resolution for critical issues utilizing 8D problem-solving methodology and Root Cause Analysis tools.\nDemonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of AIAG CORE Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP) in accordance with automotive industry requirements.\nOversee process improvement initiatives for quality systems using structured problem-solving techniques and RCA methodologies.\nAuthor, review, and approve QA documentation and protocols aligned with IATF 16949 and AIAG standards.\nSupport regulatory and customer audit preparations and responses, ensuring full compliance with automotive quality standards.\nAdvise cross-functional teams on quality requirements and best practices in automotive quality management.\nAnalyze and interpret advanced quality data and KPI trends using automotive-specific quality tools and methodologies.\nMentor QA engineers and technicians in technical expertise, including AIAG CORE Tools and 8D problem-solving techniques.\nRecommend adoption of new QA tools or software to improve efficiency and strengthen Root Cause Analysis capabilities.\n Required Experience and Education\nMinimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance and bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nEnglish proficiency required\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nExpertise in QA systems, validations, and regulatory compliance.\nAdvanced project management and technical analysis skills.\nLeadership in root cause analysis and CAPA methodology.\nOutstanding documentation and reporting abilities.\nAbility to influence cross-functional process improvements.\nPhysical Requirements\nOffice production and lab movement.\nOccasional travel for audits or projects.\n• Occasional lifting ( \nValid passport and visa for the United States is required\nOccasionally required to change\nWe offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
