Supplier Quality Engineer Injection Molding EMEA

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated team member to join our team as soon as possible. With offices in both Romanshorn (TG) and Widen (AG), we offer flexibility regarding the primary work location.

• Evaluation and development of potential, new, and existing suppliers in the injection molding sector
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for risk migration
• Coordination of internal and customer audits at supplier sites
• Responsibility for supplier complaint management
• Work closely with the procurement and the engineering team to assess and qualify new suppliers
• Support for the development and improvement of injection molding materials
• Responsible for overseeing and improving management systems and ensuring quality performance
• Visiting suppliers, involving 30% to 50% travel

• Degree in chemistry or a related chemical field or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience and knowledge in quality management within the automotive industry and with the VDA 6.3 standard.
• Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills (internal/external)
• A team player with the ability to assert oneself when necessary
• Fluent in German and English, French or other languages would be an advantage
