With three production sites, seven regional offices and more than 300 employees, Sika Türkiye offers the scale and market proximity of a strong local organization combined with the capabilities and standards of a global group.\n Serve as the primary technical support partner for the Industry Target Market Sales team throughout Türkiye.\nLead, develop, and manage the Technical Service team, ensuring high levels of technical competence and customer support.\nProvide technical expertise in adhesive, sealing, and related chemical solutions across the Industry Target Market portfolio.\nIdentify and recommend the most suitable product solutions based on customer requirements and application needs.\nEnsure the execution, monitoring, and reporting of product testing activities in compliance with Sika's global quality standards and procedures.\nAct as a liaison between Sales, Customers, and Sika Corporate functions whenever technical support and coordination are required.\nPlan and deliver product application, technology, and innovation training programs for customers and internal teams.\nConduct on-site investigations and prepare technical reports related to customer complaints, product performance issues, and field observations.\nSupport new product evaluations, validation processes, and customer implementation projects.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing technical insights and market feedback.\n Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.\nStrong technical expertise and market knowledge, with the ability to understand customer requirements and industry applications.\nProven experience with chemical solutions, particularly adhesives, sealants, and related technologies.\nPrevious experience in technical service, application engineering, product development, or a similar technical customer-facing role is preferred.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.\n We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
