This includes, but not limited to audit planning, walkthroughs, scheduling, review, & presentation of audit findings. Additionally, the audit manager will also play an active role in the training, development, & hiring of others.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nOversee the efforts of multiple client engagements with the ability to manage to budget.\nManage key components of multiple audit engagements including strategy, planning, risk assessment, team management, and delivery of exceptional client service.\nProvide thought leadership and insightful recommendations surrounding a broad range of complex issues related to business processes and controls by leveraging expertise and experience.\nPerform a detailed review of higher-risk areas to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of the audit work, that sufficient and appropriate evidence is obtained, and conclusions are appropriate.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client sponsors.\nDevelop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff.\nConduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff.\nAssist partners and senior leaders with generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships.\nUnderstand our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.\nContribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training audit and assurance professionals.\nEnsure professional development through ongoing education.\nDeliver exceptional client support virtually and onsite as needed.\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role?\nBA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n5+ years of progressive public accounting background with management experience.\n3+ years leading teams and audit engagements.\nAbility to manage multiple engagement and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.\nStrong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nStrong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit preparation software.\nStrong technical accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS.\nCPA certification required.\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $106,502.27 -$131,250.37- $153,016.50 (25%-50%-75%).This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
