We partner with clients across life sciences, insurance, and other highly regulated industries to improve compliance, optimize processes, implement technology solutions, and drive innovation through data, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.\nWe are building a next-generation consulting model that combines domain expertise, data, AI, and intelligent workflows to improve decision-making, accelerate delivery, and create scalable client solutions.\nWe are seeking highly motivated Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or Analytics students who want hands-on experience designing and implementing real-world AI use cases. Intern will work directly with consulting, operations, and innovation leaders to develop intelligent solutions that leverage Microsoft Copilot, Claude, agentic workflows, automation platforms, and enterprise data.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nAs an AI Solutions Intern, you will help identify, prototype, and build practical AI-enabled solutions across RQC.\nResponsibilities include:\nDesigning and building AI agents, multi-agent workflows, intelligent assistants, and automations using Microsoft Power Automate and related workflow platforms. \nDeveloping proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies. \nCreating integrations between enterprise systems, knowledge repositories, and AI tools. \nDeveloping prompt frameworks, reusable agent patterns, and workflow accelerators. \nSupporting the creation of an Intelligent Workbench that enables consultants to access knowledge, automate tasks, and make data-driven decisions. \nEvaluating AI solutions for governance, security, compliance, trustworthiness, and business value. \nCollaborating with consultants and practice leaders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.\nDocumenting findings, recommendations, and implementationroadmaps.\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role?\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a degree in: \nData Science \nComputer Science \nArtificial Intelligence \nAnalytics \nMachine Learning \nSoftware Engineering \nRelated technical field \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \nExperience building software projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects. \nFamiliarity with Python and data analysis techniques. \nExperience using GitHub and collaborative development workflows. \nStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI agents, copilots, or agentic workflows. \nKnowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. \nExperience with: \nMicrosoft Copilot \nAzure AI Services \nClaude \nOpenAI APIs \nLangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks \nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate or workflow automation tools. \nKnowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. \nExperience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. \nExposure to M365, SharePoint, Teams, or enterprise knowledge management platforms. \nFamiliarity with responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance concepts. \nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is $29-30/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
