contact for critical outages and alerts, triaging and resolving issues with a sense of urgency.\nInstall, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment — switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, cabling, and related physical infrastructure.\nSupport Windows Server environments including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nTroubleshoot and validate end-to-end reachability and system health — from endpoint, network, and compute, through to the application.\nMonitor logs and alert systems to identify and respond to issues proactively.\nDocument troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and configuration changes for the knowledge base and audit purposes.\nProvide incident response and coordination with other departments and external vendors when necessary.\nSupport Azure infrastructure including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure vWAN, and Azure Firewall\nSupport Microsoft 365 services including Entra Id, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online and Teams.\nSupport identity lifecycle tasks – user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.\nParticipate in other IT infrastructure related projects and tasks.\nProvide tier-2 and tier-3 escalated support, managing and resolving tickets sent to the Infrastructure queue. \nServe as the lead technical resource for the India IT team, offering technical mentorship, guidance and knowledge sharing to junior staff.\n\nRequirements for Successful Candidate\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.\nWorking knowledge of and hands-on experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP.\nExperience with Windows Server administration.\nExperience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 including Entra Id, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, and Teams\nAbility to leverage PowerShell or Python and other CLI's for system administration, automation, and task execution.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with methodical problem-solving approach.\nClear communication skills with ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.\nStrong documentation skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure issues.\nCapability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to provide off-hours support for critical US infrastructure
