This role is responsible for processing and tracking orders, coordinating with vendors and distributors, supporting renewals activities, and maintaining accuracy throughout the purchasing lifecycle.\nThe Purchasing Associate partners closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Renewals, and Service Delivery teams to support operational efficiency, timely fulfillment, and a positive client experience. This role focuses on procurement execution, operational coordination, and administrative support.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nPurchasing & Procurement Coordination\nPrepare, submit, and process product and service orders with vendors and distributors\nValidate order details including SKUs, quantities, pricing, terms, and required documentation prior to submission\nTrack order status through fulfillment and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to internal teams and stakeholders\nCoordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), including submission, tracking, and follow-up activities\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal business partners\nAssist with vendor communication related to order status, availability, renewals, and issue resolution\nRenewals & Order Support\nCreate, update, and maintain customer renewal agreements and supportingdocumentation\nSupport renewal processing activities, including order placement, tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders\nServe as backup support for renewals coordination functions during absences or high-volume periods\nMaintain accurate records and documentation related to renewals and purchasing activities\nFinancial & Administrative Coordination\nMatch purchase orders with vendor and client invoices to support accuracy within the procurement workflow\nSupport administrative tasks related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes associated with purchasing activities\nAssist with resolving discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, or vendor transactions\nMaintain accurate purchasing records within operational systems and documentation repositories\nOperational Support & Process Excellence\nMonitor shared queues and supporttimely triage and follow-up of purchasing-related requests\nMaintain and update purchasing documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures\nMaintain working knowledge of vendor programs, procurement processes, and operational workflows\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy\nSupport additional operational and administrative activities aligned to purchasing and sales support functions as needed\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role?\n2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sales support, operations, or a related field \nExperience supporting procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or order processing activities \nFamiliarity with accounting or ERP software \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong problem-solving and follow-through abilities\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams \nExperience with ConnectWise Manage or similar professional services automation platform preferred\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the hourlyrange for this role is$20.70- $28.50- $34.10.
