Full time applicants preferred but will consider 20-30 hours per week applicants.Responsibilities\nOversee editorial workflows for multiple publications, from manuscript to final proof \n\nCollaborate with authors, editors, designers, production staff, and marketing to manage project timelines and deliverables \n\nSupervise inhouse content editors, copyeditors, and proofreaders \n\nEnsure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all publications \n\nImplement and maintain editorial guidelines and processes \n\nStay current with issues, trends and best practices in academic publishing \n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nDemonstrated success managing complex editorial projects and teams (or equivalent) \n\nExceptional copyediting, line editing, and proofreading skills \n\nStrong understanding of editorial workflows, house style sheets, style guides (e.g., Chicago), and project management tools \n\nComfortable working independently in a remote team environment \n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills \n\nCommitment to publication accessibility;
