In this role, you’ll conduct in-home consultations, present customized heating and cooling options, and guide customers through their decisions with confidence and professionalism.\nBenefits\nUncapped commission potential\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n401(k) with company match\n\nPaid holidays\n\nCompany-provided vehicle\n\nCompany phone or tablet\n\nOngoing paid technical and leadership training\n\nCareer advancement opportunities\n\nSupportive, team-oriented work environment\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nMeet with homeowners in their homes to understand their comfort needs, concerns, and goals.\n\nEvaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort.\n\nPresent customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.\n\nClearly explain equipment options, pricing, benefits, and available financing.\n\nBuild trust with customers, confidently present recommendations, and ask for the sale.\n\nFollow up with customers and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.\n\nWork toward established sales and revenue goals.\n\nPartner with installation, service, and office teams to provide a smooth customer experience.\n\nRepresent Adam Home Services with professionalism and integrity.\n\nStay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.\n\nStrong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.\n\nConfidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale.\n\nExperience conducting in-home customer appointments.\n\nBasic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.\n\nValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.\n\nFlexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.\n\nComfort working in a performance-based compensation environment.\n\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious Comfort Advisor or residential HVAC sales experience.\n\nKnowledge of residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.\n\nExperience presenting financing options and monthly payment solutions.\n\nExperience managing company-generated leads and developing self-generated opportunities.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.\n\nExperience selling maintenance memberships or service agreements.\n\nSales experience in roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement industries.\n\nHVAC technician experience with an interest in transitioning into sales.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBuilds genuine trust and creates a positive buying experience for homeowners.\n\nConsistently works toward and achieves sales goals.\n\nRecommends solutions based on each customer's needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.\n\nCommunicates confidently, professionally, and without being pushy.\n\nFollows the sales process and uses CRM tools effectively.\n\nAccepts coaching and continuously develops sales skills.\n\nFollows through from the initial appointment through the completed sale.\n\nTakes ownership of the customer experience and works collaboratively with the team.\n\nStays motivated by performance and the opportunity for uncapped earnings.\n\nJoin Our Team!\nIf you’re confident, customer-focused, coachable, and ready to take your sales career to the next level, Adam Home Services is ready to help you succeed.
