If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating people and making sure the day runs smoothly, we want to talk to you.\nCome grow with us!\nWhat You’ll Do\nSchedule and dispatch service calls efficiently based on customer needs and technician availability\nCommunicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates\nCoordinate daily schedules and routes for field technicians\nMonitor technician schedules and make adjustments throughout the day as needed\nCommunicate with technicians regarding job details, customer needs and schedule changes\nHandle customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly\nHelp prioritize emergency and time-sensitive service calls\nKeep customers informed about technician arrival times and appointment changes\nMaintain accurate customer and job information in the company’s systems\nWork closely with the service and management teams to keep operations running smoothly\nIdentify scheduling conflicts and find solutions quickly\nProvide a positive customer experience from the initial call through completion of the service\nMaintain a professional, helpful and solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious dispatch, scheduling, customer service or home services experience preferred\nHVAC, plumbing or other home services industry experience is a plus\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nComfortable handling multiple phone calls, technicians and customer needs at the same time\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet\nComfortable using computers and learning scheduling and dispatch software\nDependable, professional and ready to be part of a team\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn\nAbility to work effectively with both customers and field technicians\nWhy Astar Heating and Air Conditioning?\nCompetitive pay: $25 -
