This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, enjoys helping other technicians succeed, and can keep multiple jobs moving in the right direction.\nAs our Field Foreman, you'll serve as a key resource for our HVAC technicians in the field. You'll help troubleshoot complex issues, provide technical guidance, coordinate jobs and manpower, and make sure our customers receive the level of quality and service they expect from Sila.\nThis isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who wants to lead from the field and stay connected to the trade.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as a technical resource and field leader for our HVAC technicians\n\nHelp technicians diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues\n\nProvide hands-on field support when needed\n\nSupport residential HVAC systems with a strong emphasis on boilers and hydronic heating\n\nHelp coordinate daily jobs, technician priorities, manpower, and materials\n\nMonitor jobs to make sure work is progressing safely, efficiently, and on schedule\n\nHelp technicians work through challenges that could delay or impact a job\n\nCoach and develop technicians to strengthen their technical skills and confidence\n\nCommunicate with customers regarding work being performed, recommendations, and next steps\n\nPartner closely with dispatch, service leadership, and other departments to keep field operations running smoothly\n\nIdentify potential problems early and help develop solutions\n\nMaintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service\n\nLead by example and help create a positive, accountable team environment\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExtensive hands-on residential HVAC experience\n\nStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills\n\nExperience with boilers and hydronic heating systems is required\n\nAbility to confidently guide and support other HVAC technicians\n\nPrevious lead, foreman, or field leadership experience preferred\n\nStrong understanding of residential HVAC installation and service\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple technicians, jobs, and priorities throughout the day\n\nOrganized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in the field\n\nA natural coach who enjoys helping technicians develop\n\nWillingness to jump in and help when the team needs it\n\nValid driver's license and clean driving record\n\nWhat We Offer\n$120,000-$150,000 compensation\n\nWeekly
