great next step.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEmployee Relations & HR Support\nSupport day-to-day employee relations matters for local field and office teams.\nCoordinate employee offboarding and termination processing.\nConduct exit interviews and identify recurring themes or trends.\nProvide onsite support for employee investigations in partnership with Corporate HR.\nServe as a trusted local resource for employees and managers.\nHR Administration & Performance\nMaintain accurate employee records in ADP.\nCoordinate and track 30/60/90-day performance reviews.\nEnsure required HR documentation is completed and organized.\nSupport local HR reporting and administrative projects.\nBenefits, ADA & Employee Support\nServe as a local point of contact for benefits questions and communications.\nPartner with Corporate Benefits, HR, and Legal on employee requests and accommodations.\nHelp employees navigate available resources and next steps.\nSafety & Compliance\nCoordinate the local Safety Committee and monthly safety meetings.\nPrepare safety meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation.\nMaintain OSHA logs and required reporting.\nSupport workplace injury investigations and incident documentation.\nFollow up on workers’ compensation matters in coordination with Corporate HR and Safety.\nHiring & Onboarding Support\nCoordinate new hire start dates and scheduling with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition.\nAssign and track required training in Schoox and SPARC.\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new employees.\nSupport uniform and PPE issuance for field employees.\nHR Programs & Communications\nHelp improve local HR processes and SOPs.\nDraft and distribute employee communications.\nCoordinate employee recognition programs, including birthdays, anniversaries, awards, and local HR communications.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5 years of HR coordinator, HR generalist, or similar experience.\nExperience supporting field, service, trades, or multi-site employees is a plus.\nWorking knowledge of ADP or another HRIS platform.\nFamiliarity with OSHA recordkeeping and workers’ compensation processes.\nExperience supporting ADA accommodations preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable working with both office employees and field technicians.\nStrong organization and follow-through.\nSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information.\nPHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, but not required.\nWork Environment\nBased in the greater Manassas, VA market.\nRegular local travel between branch and brand locations.\nIn-person presence required for safety meetings, investigations, onboarding, and other employee-facing activities.\nPrimarily
