Environment\n\nWhat You’llDo\nLead residential HVAC installations from jobsite arrival through final completion.\n\nInstall furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.\n\nComplete required ductwork, refrigerant piping, drainage, venting, gas piping, wiring, and system connections.\n\nDirect and train apprentices and installation helpers while maintaining a safe, professional jobsite.\n\nPerform equipment startups, charging, airflow verification, testing, and commissioning.\n\nTroubleshoot installation issues and ensure all work meets applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards.\n\nMaintain accurate job documentation and communicate equipment, material, or scope concerns promptly.\n\nProtect customers’ homes and explain system operation, maintenance, and warranty information upon completion.\n\nCoordinate with sales, dispatch, warehouse, service, and management teams to complete installations efficiently.\n\nMaintain assigned vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.\n\nWhat We’reLooking For\nPrevious experience leading residential HVAC replacement and installation projects.\n\nAbility to independently complete HVAC installations from start to finish.\n\nStrong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigeration, airflow, venting, and system commissioning.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, leadership, and jobsite problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to train and direct apprentices or installation helpers.\n\nCommitment to quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance.\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nEPA Universal Certification required.\n\nComfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.\n\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.\n\nAbility to perform physical work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.\n\nIf you’re ready for
