This role offers the opportunity to partner with operational leaders and corporate departments, take ownership of key accounting activities, and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.\nYou’ll play an important role in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and process improvement while collaborating with teams across the business. Three days in the King of Prussia office and two days remote\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n401(k) with company match\n\nPaid time off and paid holidays\n\nCompany-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance\n\nEmployee discounts on services and other offerings\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport monthly financial close activities and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple brands.\n\nPrepare bank reconciliations, cash clearing activities, account reconciliations, and monthly accruals.\n\nReview job costing, commissions, and incentive compensation accruals to ensure financial accuracy.\n\nPartner with operational teams to review monthly profit and loss statements, analyze financial results, and resolve discrepancies.\n\nWork with Accounts Receivable and other teams to ensure revenue data flows accurately from ServiceTitan into Sage Intacct.\n\nSupport revenue recognition and ensure accounting practices align with U.S. GAAP.\n\nCollaborate with corporate departments, including Accounts Payable and Marketing, to review and reconcile allocated expenses and charges.\n\nRespond to ad hoc accounting questions and provide financial information and analysis to business partners.\n\nInvestigate discrepancies in financial statements and account balances, communicate findings, and help resolve outstanding issues.\n\nPrepare financial reporting packages and support regional and location-level financial analysis.\n\nHelp maintain and improve accounting procedures, strengthen internal processes, and support issue resolution.\n\nManage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nApproximately 5-7 years of accounting experience, ideally in an operational or multi-location environment.\n\nStrong understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.\n\nExperience analyzing financial statements, investigating discrepancies, and resolving accounting issues.\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate effectively across departments.\n\nExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business applications.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCPA credential or progress toward CPA certification; highly preferred but not required.\n\nExperience with Sage Intacct, Sage 500, or similar general ledger systems.\n\nExperience with ServiceTitan or other field service management software.\n\nBackground in operational accounting, multi-brand organizations, or multi-location businesses.\n\nExperience partnering with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Marketing, and operational teams on financial reporting and expense allocations.\n\nPrevious Senior Staff Accountant experience or readiness to advance into a more senior accounting role.\n\nJoin Our Team!\nIf you’re an accounting professional who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and partnering with teams across the business, we’d love to hear from you.
