If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems in the field, and seeing the results of your effort at the end of each day, Delco Storm & Sewer may be the right place for your next move.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInstall, repair, and replace residential sewer laterals and water service lines.\nPerform work using both open-trench and trenchless repair methods.\nExcavate, expose, and prepare underground piping for repair or replacement.\nAssist with pipe bursting, lining, boring, and other trenchless applications.\nInstall sewer, water, drainage, and related underground piping.\nIdentify utility conflicts, site conditions, and access concerns before work begins.\nOperate excavation, compaction, cutting, pumping, and trenchless equipment safely.\nSet grades, make pipe connections, test completed systems, and confirm proper operation.\nRestore excavated areas, including backfilling, compaction, and site cleanup.\nProtect customer property and maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.\nFollow trench safety, confined-space, utility-marking, and personal protective equipment requirements.\nMaintain assigned tools, equipment, materials, and vehicle inventory.\nCommunicate job progress, material needs, and unexpected field conditions promptly.\nWork closely with crew leaders, plumbers, equipment operators, and office staff.\nParticipate in required safety meetings, technical training, and company meetings.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious underground utility, sewer, water service, excavation, plumbing, or construction experience preferred.\nExperience with sewer laterals, water services, trenching, or trenchless repair methods is a plus.\nStrong mechanical ability and comfort working with tools and equipment.\nAbility to read basic measurements, follow grades, and understand jobsite layouts.\nCommitment to safe work practices and proper trench protection.\nDependable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.\nAbility to follow direction and work effectively as part of a crew.\nProfessional communication and respect for customers and their property.\nAbility to perform demanding physical work in varying weather and site conditions.\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.\nCDL, equipment operation experience, or plumbing knowledge is a plus.\nWhy Work at Delco Storm & Sewer?\nCompetitive compensation based on experience\nSteady, year-round demand for essential services\nHands-on training in both trench and trenchless methods\nExposure to specialized equipment and repair technology\nOpportunities to advance into crew leadership, equipment operation, or plumbing roles\nCompany-provided tools and equipment\nPaid Time Off and Paid Holidays\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) with Company Match\nOngoing Safety and Technical Training\nSupportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment\nThe opportunity to develop a specialized and valuable trade skill\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role means completing safe, durable underground repairs while protecting customers’ homes and property.
