You’ve probably seen our trucks around town, but what you may not know is that we’re a team where hard work is noticed, good people are appreciated, and there’s real opportunity to grow.\nWe’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative who can keep up with a busy home services office and make every customer feel taken care of.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnswer incoming calls and provide an awesome customer experience\nSchedule appointments and help customers get the service they need\nListen to customer concerns, ask the right questions, and find solutions\nHandle multiple calls and priorities without losing the details\nFollow up with customers as needed\nHelp identify opportunities for additional services\nKeep accurate customer information and notes in our system\nWork closely with our dispatchers, technicians, and office team\nLearn our services so you can confidently answer customer questions\nKeep things moving when the phones get busy!\nWhat We’re Looking For\nGreat phone presence and customer service skills\nStrong verbal and written communication\nSomeone friendly, positive, and professional\nAbility to stay calm with an upset or frustrated customer\nExcellent organization and attention to detail\nComfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced office\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly\nDependable, self-motivated, and ready to jump in\nHome services, HVAC, plumbing, dispatch, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus!\nSchedule\nMonday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM\nOccasional Saturday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (approximately once every 1-2 months)\nThis position is 100% on-site in Littleton, MA.
