What You'll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
• Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor comfort systems
• Load materials, prepare job sites, and keep projects organized
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Learn installation best practices, equipment startup, and system testing
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes
• Continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on training every day

What You Bring

• Previous HVAC installation or service experience preferred
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, or another mechanical trade is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to and from our Geneva office each day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
