You'll educate customers on equipment options, financing, warranties, energy efficiency, and available promotions while delivering a professional, pressure-free sales experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nMeet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs.\nPerform in-home assessments and recommend HVAC replacement solutions tailored to each customer's home and budget.\nPresent system options, financing programs, warranties, maintenance agreements, and available promotions.\nBuild trust through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.\nPrepare accurate estimates and proposals using company software.\nFollow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure an outstanding experience.\nCollaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.\nConsistently achieve individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\nStay current on product knowledge, manufacturer offerings, industry trends, and company promotions.\nQualifications\nPrevious in-home sales, HVAC sales, home improvement sales, or outside sales experience preferred.\nStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nSelf-motivated with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.\nAbility to explain technical information in a way homeowners can easily understand.\nStrong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.\nComfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software.\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role means helping homeowners make informed decisions, consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience, and building lasting customer relationships while achieving individual and team sales goals.
