the sale\nFollow up on open estimates and opportunities\nMaintain a strong close rate and average ticket\nKeep your pipeline and customer information updated in ServiceTitan\nWork closely with our install and operations teams to make sure the customer has a great experience after the sale\nWhat We’re Looking For in Our Next HVAC Sales Advisor\nHVAC or residential home services sales experience\nStrong knowledge of residential HVAC systems\nProven success with high-ticket, in-home sales\nComfortable selling full system replacements\nStrong closing and follow-up skills\nExperience presenting multiple options to homeowners\nServiceTitan experience strongly preferred\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nCompetitive, motivated, and driven by results\nValid
