You got it!\nPosition Summary\nSullivan Super Services is seeking a Sewer Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the sewer expert for homeowners, identifying sewer issues, educating customers on their options, building estimates, and closing repair and replacement projects.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in sewer, plumbing, drain, excavation, or in-home sales and is comfortable communicating with homeowners, reviewing sewer camera footage, and recommending solutions that meet the customer's needs.\nResponsibilities\nPerform sewer evaluations and inspections\nReview sewer camera footage and diagnose sewer line issues\nEducate homeowners on sewer repair and replacement options\nBuild accurate estimates and scopes of work\nPresent recommendations and close sewer repair and replacement opportunities\nCoordinate projects with excavation and installation teams\nDocument findings, photos, videos, and customer recommendations\nUtilize ServiceTitan and company technology to manage opportunities\nEnsure a smooth customer experience from inspection through project completion\nMaintain strong communication with customers and internal teams\nWhat We're Looking For\nGeneral underground drain knowledge\nExperience operating sewer cameras preferred\nService plumbing experience is a plus\nExcavation or underground utility experience is a plus\nExperience with ServiceTitan preferred\nExperience discussing financing options with homeowners\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nAbility to educate customers and explain options clearly\nComfortable asking for the sale and closing work professionally\nAbility to identify root intrusion, offsets,
