Reimbursement\nEssential Responsibilities\nProcurement & Purchasing\nSource and purchase HVAC, plumbing, electrical materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.\nObtain and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality.\nNegotiate pricing, volume discounts, rebates, and vendor agreements.\nIssue and manage purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.\nWork with internal teams to ensure materials are available when needed.\nInventory & Vendor Management\nMaintain appropriate inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.\nMonitor usage trends, backorders, and emergency orders.\nConduct inventory audits and help reduce excess inventory and stockouts.\nBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.\nEvaluate vendor performance and resolve pricing, delivery, quality, and invoice issues.\nIdentify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.\nOperations Support\nWork closely with managers, field supervisors, warehouse personnel, and service teams to understand material needs.\nSupport HVAC, plumbing, electrical, warehouse, and fleet operations with procurement needs.\nAssist with large project and equipment purchases.\nMaintain accurate purchasing records and vendor documentation.\nPrepare purchasing and inventory reports for management.\nIdentify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and reduce costs.\nQualifications\n3+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain experience.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with inventory management systems and purchasing software.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred:\nExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services.\nKnowledge of HVAC equipment, plumbing materials, and electrical components.\nUnderstanding
