Identifies potential safety issues and reports them immediately to their Supervisor, Plant Manager or HR Manager.\nUnderstands Machine controls (All of them).\nBasic trouble shooting skills for processing caps. \nUnderstands and performs start up procedures. \nUnderstands the proper procedures to pull tips on hot runner molds. \nUnderstands the proper procedure to start up insulated and hot runner molds.\nStrong understanding of all downstream equipment, can trouble shoot, perform minor repairs, reset, restart, and set up.\nDemonstrates strong quality skills.\nAssists with housekeeping, keeping caps, colorant and material off the floor.\nDisplays personal accountability, recognizes problems and responds accordingly.\nHas pride in their work and committed to the success of company.\nParticipates in continuous improvement events, often shares thoughts and ideas on continuous improvement and the success of the company.\nKeeps boards, change logs, and IQMS updated.
