Candidates with related experience in Semiconductor and LCD processes are encouraged to apply for this position.\n\nResponsibilities\nAssist Engineers in: \nProcess recipe setup and qualification for production \nProcess monitoring and improvement. \nTroubleshoot process-related issue. \nPerform lots on hold and disposition \nEngineering data collection \nOther ad-hoc activities. \nSupport production line by: \nEnsuring that process integrity for machines is in place for production. \nMaintaining good housekeeping in the production area, \nCo-ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed. \nRequirements\nDiploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering or similar disciplines\nNo work experience required; training will be provided\nPrior experience in the following areas in a semiconductor manufacturing environment would be advantageous: \nDie preparation/ recon (backgrind, dicing, laser-grooving, pick and place, molding) processes \nPVD (sputtering), chemical wet etching/ cleaning, lithography processes \nBackend (ball mounting, ball drop, reflow, laser marking, package sawing, TnR) processes \nPrior experience in manufacturing documentation of SPC, WI,SOP, FMEA, etc would be advantageous\nAble to work under various shift patterns.
