Learn more atwww.silabs.com.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nThis individual plans and coordinates the monthly production cycle, including monitoring the forecasted build plan and ensure timely delivery of products to customers and meet other KPIs such as cycle time, shipment & inventory turns.\nSkills you’ll need:\nMonitor and review daily WIP status and production output and flag-out production bottlenecks for immediate resolution.\nPlan, issue and monitor wafer, assembly and test releases based on product demand and stock level.\nSchedule & monitor customers’ orders. Take appropriate actions proactively to minimize delays and update schedules in SAP\nGenerate priority list for suppliers and follow through until shipment.\nDrive supplier factory for on time delivery performance (FOTD) and Cycle Time Performance according to company policy for deployment.\nManage and work closely with suppliers & Contract Manufacturer on Bill of Material (eg. Lead-frame & components) and spot buy proposal \nGenerate and follow-up on Purchase Order requests.\nPerform semi-annual Inventory Audit, take proactive actions to minimize / eliminate discrepancies and prepare Inventory reports.\nAttend or chair conference calls between supplier and internal customers across different time zones to respond to enquiries and to resolve issues.\nManage SAP transactions for RMA, quantity adjustments, lot scrapping and other required transactions. Manage B2B data with sub contractors & resolve issues in a timely manner..\nParticipate in systems enhancement project such as SAP, Adexa as a domain expert.\nPerform any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nDegree plus experience in a Semiconductor industry, specifically in the assembly, test and module business.\nHands-on experience in using the following systems:\nManufacturing Execution System a plus\nWorking knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems\nWorking knowledge of advanced planning & scheduling concepts & tools such as Adexa\nSilicon Labs is an equal opportunity employer and values the diversity of our employees.
