In this role, you will partner with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team members to document workflows, create Visio process maps, and help develop the initial Level 1 / Version 1 O&M Playbook and supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your work will contribute to improved consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across operational functions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full Asset Operations organization, including O&M, Asset Management, Performance, Remote Operations, and NERC compliance activities, while helping build resources that support long-term operational excellence.\nMain Responsibilities:\nSupport the development and documentation of the Level 1 / Version 1 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Playbook.\nCollaborate with O&M team members and subject matter experts to gather information and document operational processes.\nCreate, update, and maintain process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar process-mapping tools.\nFacilitate the review, revision, and validation of process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nAssist in drafting and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related operational documentation.\nOrganize and maintain process documentation libraries and version control practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve process clarity, workflow efficiency, and documentation standards.\nParticipate in meetings and projects that provide exposure to Asset Management, Performance, Remote Operations, and NERC-related activities.\nRequired Qualifications: \nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to gather, organize, and document information from multiple stakeholders.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience using Microsoft Visio or other process-mapping software.\nCoursework or experience related to process improvement, business operations, or project management.\nInterest in renewable energy, utility operations, asset management, or industrial operations.\nFamiliarity with process documentation, workflow analysis, or SOP development.\nExperience working on team projects that required collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.\nOur interview process:\nA typical interview process at Silicon Ranch might include the below stages.
