Reporting to the Manager, E-commerce, you'll help maintain the health of our website, coordinate promotion & product launches, support site analysis and reporting, and assist with ongoing website improvements.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to build a career in e-commerce while working closely with marketing, creative, and development teams.\nIn this current open role you will:\nSupport the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Silk & Snow website, including navigation, landing pages, and merchandising updates.\nReview and maintain product detail pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization across product copy, imagery, feature highlights, size guides, and overall user experience.\nPrepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports, tracking sales, website performance, and key metrics.\nMonitor website performance and flag unusual trends or issues to the E-commerce Manager for further investigation.\nSupport the execution of Silk & Snow's SEO and AEO initiatives by coordinating with copywriters, developers, and the performance marketing team.\nCoordinate promotional setup and execution, including pricing files, in collaboration with marketing and developer team members.\nParticipate in quality assurance (QA) testing before and after launches to ensure a seamless customer experience and accurate pricing.\nAssist with seasonal marketing campaigns, product launches, and other site updates by coordinating timelines and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.\nConduct competitive and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the home furnishings and e-commerce space.\nWork closely with the UX Design team to support ongoing website optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and the overall customer journey.\nThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:\nUniversity or College Degree/Diploma in Marketing, eCommerce or related discipline.\n1-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or a related field through work, internships, or co-op placements.\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail.\nA resourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to solve problems independently.\nThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nStrong analytical skills and an interest in interpreting data to help drive decisions.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.\nA good eye for design and customer experience, with an appreciation for clean, intuitive digital experiences.\nComfort working with modern digital tools and platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace, and other marketing or analytics platforms.\nAn interest in e-commerce or digital marketing, and creating exceptional online shopping experiences.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other website analytics tools is an asset.\nBasic understanding of SEO best practices is an asset.\nWhy our team members enjoy working at Silk & Snow:\nWe prioritize diversity and inclusivity in our company culture\nGrowth opportunities with an emphasis on hiring from within\nYou will be exposed to a streamlined training process and receive guidance and support that will set you up for success during and after training\nYou can access our learning platform with lots of free courses taught by experts to support your personal and professional development\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision. \nEmployee discount on all products and a free mattress and bedding set offered upon completion of the probationary period\nMake a meaningful impact on our customers' sleep habits, contributing to their overall well-being\nWe foster a healthy work-life balance with our company's supportive environment\nThis is not just a job but a CAREER with potential opportunities for growth and advancement\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually.
